Rection Posted May 4, 2011 Report Posted May 4, 2011 back about a month ago, i had sent my stock to a guy to get it hydro-dipped in reaper camo. the job was supposed to take 4 days, but ended up taking 3 weeks. i got the call yesterday to come pick up my stock. when i got there the guy wasnt there and my stock was waiting for me. as soon as i got close enough to see my stock i already knew he did a crappy job. once i picked the stock up and looked at it, i realized just how horrible it was. i have never seen work of that poor quality. so basically, i got ripped and ill make sure he never gets a dime from anyone i know. as soon as i got back to my shop, i grabbed sandpaper and went to stripping my stock back bare. i primed it, sanded, primed, sanded, and i even primed and sanded it. then i got some flat O.D. green and went to town. i think it came out good. its simple, which works fine for me.
