Kevin Posted May 5, 2011 Report Share Posted May 5, 2011 1/0 copper is rated @ 300A... This is correct. Also, if you're using CCA wire you'll want to step down your rated fuse size by one wire gauge. I have a 320a alt with 300a fuses on my line between batts. But that is because of the wire capacity.
