I guess I need more stickers. they were nice. now i have three nice ones and one thats had a chain dragged across the lip that somehow looks like curb damage. Ive already fired off an email to the roadside assistance people.I guess I should get ready to eat this bill. Evidently the guy I was talking to was more of a helpdesk type guy and this one is the technician. He asked me some more questions about the way it was loaded and asked if anyoen at the garage said anything. I gave him the info he asked for and told him this garage works on my cars all the time. I even went down to talk to them after the owner called me and they agreed they did nothing like that to the front of the vehicle. Here's the kicker. I told him about the owner claiming it was curb damage and he said well that impossible since the damage does not extend to the outer lip its all on the inner side of the wheel. You can also see the rust transfer which if these are alloy wheels wont rust. It means something else put it there. I also asked him what happens if the tow company continues to deny my claim. He told me that they would send an independent investigator out to view the damage which is pretty undeniably caused by something other than the claimed curb. Keep your fingers crossed guys. I didnt work with the tow company my roadside assistance did. I feel alot better about my chances now that I took that call this mornign. so far the only one whos seen the pictures and thinks its curb damage is the tow company. i should have made this a poll.
