Like legalizing brick throwing at someone's windshield that you can hear their stereo, just to name one. You gotta chill out, dude. I like a lot of the input you got on these threads but you really seem to piss people off. I was just about to comment on the pics because it gives us good ideas but your post just ruined it. Not trying to rent-a-mod here, just offering advice. Sorry to go off topic but someone's gotta say something.:clapping: meh, I'm not about to sugar coat anything. I say everything exactly as I feel, as that is how I want people to talk to me. I can not stand when people lie or try to make something sound better. I have not been mad once, if I was mad I would just close the window. and OP a good way to know exactly how straight you are cutting is watch the blade instead of the guide. make sure you wear eye protection though previously known as wenn_du_weinst aka fucking internet coward supreme. I talk shit on other forums like a little bitch and hope i don't get caught out on the street.

TheyDontWantMusic Posted May 16, 2011 Report Posted May 16, 2011 my other method for smaller enclosures, is to cut the panel freehand within 1/4inch, then clamp a second piece along the line where you wanted it cut, and use a flush cut bit in the router to bring the panel down to the size you wanted. obviously you can also do this if you accidentally cut a panel too big, rather than attempting to sand it down to the correct size.

baller95 Posted May 16, 2011 Report Posted May 16, 2011 Use a small drill bit and drill a million times on the drawn line then snap it off. LMFAO JK ! I have a jigsaw and made some pretty straight cuts with a jigsaw.
