what would you choose

1,2,3,5 all have 10'' drivers for the max size.

and bass comes from the sub I'm not to worried about it in a tower. if it gets down to 35-40hz I'll be happy

edit: and #5 is actually the quietest out of the 7 other than number 8

Hat is beautiful stuff. Id go with number 8. Unless you plan on running that good of drivers in everything else. But i would do the kerf'd sides on it. Its a good amount stiffer as you prolly know.
