meade916 Posted May 22, 2011 Report Share Posted May 22, 2011 took out the Gm/Ford combo that was in there, dont ask me why the OTHER manufacturer insist that was a good thing to do and i listened <_< .......but now after Chicken (the owner) ruined all the batteries and the alternators, and leaving the system on for a week will do that, i finally decided to rip it all out and do it my way. Yes, 2 MATCHING 270amp GM Mechman alternators. This thing got brand new XS power batteries a few months back and i finally am able to charge them. How is a system left running for a week? when chicken goes out there with a 40oz of beer and bumps the shit out of it......then goes inside and forgets its on. Then it rains for a few days so he dont go out to the truck, since he has 20+ cars anyway......and it just dies the slowest death. Batteries down to 1v.
