As per my opinion. i had no issues whatsoever when i ran DC subs in my vehicles. The havoc takes a little more power then the level 4 and sounnds better to me. The Level 4 did get louder then the Havoc though in my scenario. I prefer the integrated Tinsels on the havoc and the better glue joints overall then the DC.
