Great price point, capable of getting loud and good sound quality when used properly. Im in the process of installing 5 12's in my Impala Quote lower tuning is just hard. 8000watts Posted June 10, 2011 Report Posted June 10, 2011 I love my Type Rs. 2 on a RF 600.1 but they make everything flex and my nose itch. Can't say much about only 1, or even the RE, but I can tell you that they've been more than reliable. I'd go Type R just because it's something I know. Quote

DISCLAIMER: This is coming from the same guy who has 23s on his stock suspension on his oldsmobile type car(cant remember the name) and wanted to put my old kenwood 2 channel sub amp on his highs. Lol.. Poor guy.. I wouldn't do THAT (or anything he did wrong for that matter & even though it probably isn't 2k), but they're still some pretty good subs. Unanimously decided, get the Type R.
