Namosh Posted June 10, 2011 Report Posted June 10, 2011 Ive always heard you want the motor in the ported part so u can smell it if it gets hot. its a band pass 4th order the sub is in a sealed enclosure how would you smell it un less you inverted the sub and ive played and sen 100's of 4th orders even some with the worlds loudest cars none of them invert in a 4th order Ive always heard you want the motor in the ported part so u can smell it if it gets hot. Louisiana Bass Posted June 10, 2011 Report Posted June 10, 2011 I've seen builds on here as well with inverted subs in a fourth order. I dont see how it would make a difference inverting the sub, just displace more in the porter part. N8. No homo...unless you want there to be.
