KillaCam
I need to make a few 6.5 mdf rings, only problem is I don't have a circle jig. Can I make a perfect circle without one? I have a shit ton if different bits but I've never made rings before. Quote And the fact more than one person agrees does not make it a circle jerk, it makes it a bukkake scene and you're in the middle Chick took 3 shots of Jager, and then, pissed in my mouth.. sqsux
unless you're really skilled with a router it'd be easier to just to it with a jigsaw slowly and then sand it down. iKidwell
I free handed my baffles on my box for subs with a jigsaw and I think it turned out good, just go slow and sand some afterwards Quote c'mon now, if i was shooting an 8 year old, it wouldnt be MY 8 year old. i recently got a Pyle PL1590BL and i was building an enclosure for it tuned to 25 hz. i didn't have any tools to cut a circle so i hit it with a big hammer. 2003 Infiniti G35 Sport Sedan Build in Progress
GiAnT4LYFE
^^This Make a metal jig with the radius of the circle drilled out at each end. A metal ruler makes a great homemade one.
