OrionStang Posted June 21, 2011 Report Posted June 21, 2011 My deck has only a 5-band eq, so its kinda hard to pinpoint. Do vocals come more from the woofer or tweeter in a component set. I know some singers/rappers have deeper voices and women are higher, but just as a general question. Reason I ask is, the vocals from my Hertz components are loud as fuck, but the higher musical sounds are kinda lacking. I could switch the tweeter crossover from -2 to 0db, but i'm already down a tweeter and don't want to lose another. Should I switch the xover? Maybe run active? Set my amp eq to 'through'? I want my tweeters to keep up with the voices. Help. Note: The blown tweeters' xover was accidentally set to +2db's. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

Unless your highs are crossed over very low. God damn its hot today. My balls are stuck to my leg.

So Turn down bands 3 and 4, right? switch it to the -2 They're already on -2 N8. I was thinking of bumping them up to 0. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
