scooter99 Posted October 2, 2012 Report Posted October 2, 2012 So if you think about that then, if he had a separate wall in the middle, or two really if he made two separate boxes, you're essentially adding two baffles. if it's 15*20*.75 then you're talking approx .13 per side, x 2 = .26 more cu ft out. And I think when I did the separate chambers, I kept having to mess with the numbers.... I believe it was about 1.6 per side after displacements and ports and whatnot. Undecided still for the most part on the design, but I think I'm gonna be sacrificing the entire trunk and sliding the box all the way to the back, up against the trunk lid, firing forward with an 8" aero. Entire trunk will be sealed off and framed out with birch, so in theory, it'll just be one big ass enclosure.
