Ya know it wouldn't be a bad place, if you're gonna slide the box all the way back and have all that room between the box and the rear seats, you could probably get it right there in front of the seats on the floor and do a false floor panel and have it stand out like that. Maybe put some leds in there. Be out of the way of the port, and at the same time get it in there nicely. Just a thought.

I've also gotta figure out where I'm gonna shove 3 batteries too

I think I'll have enough room to fit 1 3400 on each side of the box, tucked back in the cubbies, and I'll try to squeeze the third one under the hood, and should have plenty of room to mount the amp in front of the box.

That sounds like a plan if you can make it fit. You could also try and get one under the box in the spare well. Might go. Then if you have to get to it for any reason, You could make the front panel that the amp is on, hinged so you can lift it up and get to it. Then you free up the hood area.

OR OR OR dump the back seat completely and put your amps and batts back there dressed up with beauty panels and what not. This way you can give you box all the room in the world and still have your amps to show off. The 2 side cubbies will work and if your measurements were correct about the batt it will only take slight mods to get a 3rd under the hood unless you do a standard size there and do the 3 all in the back and just put the third towards the back by the trunk lid. The only reason to access the batteries after their in is to charge em but if they are all linked you only need access to one batt. Even using the one up front will charge all the ones in the back. Thats what I will be forced to do. Because even after removing every trim piece in the trunk, I still haven't come up with a way to fit the 2 Z's, 4500, 200.4 and the batts in there without losing every bit of trunk space I have.
