Lowest I can tint on the front is 35%, but their meters like to register it at 25-28% and give you a ticket anyway. I think I can go as dark as I want to in the back though I have been getting pulled here in VA for tint for the last 15 years. I say FUCK THA POLICE!! Well, kind of. I am 1 shade too dark front and rear. And the law is actually 50 in the front/ 35 in the rear. At least that's what I was told while receiving my latest ticket. My car is 35/20 front/rear and I just paid the ticket. I only got stopped because I drive like a maniac. The tint on my ride isn't dark enough to get pulled over for specifically, but if the state cop is riding with a meter they will tack on that extra 50 bucks every time. But I refuse to ride fishbowl status so it is what it is i guess...
