what do you guys think?

Recommended Posts

im only 17 and i dont have a job so i have been saving and trying to sell some stuff so i could get a good audio system. Should i use the dc lvl 5 15 on an aq2200 @ 1ohm or wait alot longer till i have the money to get the crescendo bc3500. and i still need to buy a battery so im thinking i should go with the aq2200. what do you guys think?

AQ2200 definitely. But I'd downgrade to a DC XL on that power. That way you'll have a little extra to spend on a good battery or two.

Bassless once again. Can't seem to keep a system for more than a few weeks :)

Saving for a '06 Nissan 350z, look for build around June 2012.

What he said a level 5 is gonna laugh at only 2200 watts plus if you still needa upgrade your electrical just start at an xl you'll love it.

spl dust is an option you can get on the coils... it's great for extra 1000 watts of power

where can i get this spl dust and how much is it. is it hard to apply? lol

or you can just keep what you plan on getting, and upgrade amps down the road.....

I personally would go with the 5, even with that power.. just because ive been trying to blow mine, and they wont die... and i dont think the XLs would take this abuse...

go with the 5s, you wont regret it

will the xls still be loud enough?

Err.. how do we answer this? We don't know you, or what you're used to lol

Will the 3500s be at 1 ohm per sub? If you get 5s, they should take the power all day every day in a decent box. The XLs on the other hand, may get warm after a few minutes.
