i have a pioneer headunit and it only comes with 1 pre amp rcas out in the back and i want to run a 4ch and my sub amp what would be the best way to do it? open to all sugestions.

You could use a y splitter they aren't too expensive. Since you need two more rca's I guess a total of four of them. Not 100% sure if it'll work though.

get y splitters the only problem with this (since im doing it on my pioneer with only 1 pre out) is that all the mids in the doors and in the front of the vehicle will be faded to the rear meaning your mids and highs will be picking up alot of the bass as well but if you have a mid/high amp then just dont crank the gain and put the lpf higher
