RooTxBeeR
K, I am going to be getting Either the Lvl 2 or Lvl 3 12's. from the site it says suggested port for the Lvl 2 12 is 1.25cuft. I made a topic with a box design and everyone pretty much said thats bad, best is at 2cuft. I had the topic up for a week now with the intention of figureing out how much space would be best for a Lvl 3 12 since its has a bigger suggested ported size but with no avail. Any help here? RooTxBeeR
at first, a T500.1bdcp, then I would rather go with a T1000.bdcp which would most likely do about 1200-1300 at 1 ohm, but since sonic electronix has a t1000 for $500, and a T1500 for $530, most likely the T1500 in the long run. But ya a T500.1 for a long time Quote On 11/20/2012 at 8:54 PM, AMI CUSTOMS said: Turned mine up today at a light, guy next to me his steering wheel started moving and he looked over at me like I was a magician lol. MrSkippyJ
i would go with a level 3 for sure on that power (t1500) or even a level 4 Quote F150: Stock 2019 Harley Road Glide: Amp: TM400Xad - 4 channel 400 watt Processor: DSR1 Fairing (Front) 6.5s -MMats PA601cx Lid (Rear) 6x9s - TMS69
RooTxBeeR
Only thing is I am stuck with a tiny bit under 5.5cuft gross vol, and right now having a hard time thinking up a design for 2 Lvl 3 12's Quote On 11/20/2012 at 8:54 PM, AMI CUSTOMS said: Turned mine up today at a light, guy next to me his steering wheel started moving and he looked over at me like I was a magician lol. RooTxBeeR
Still need to figure out what Cuft for each woofer, also, when you use a subsonic filter, how much lower than your tuneing do you want to tune, because all of the Power CP amps are preset to 28Hz, so what ever the difference is, is what I will tune to. I have exactly 5.47 Cu availible, maybe a bit more. 21.5H x 16.5 D x 33 W. I have a board on my floor thats over 1" think so I could gain a bit more if needed. I can't do a 15" because I can only go 16.5 deep, and don't feel like dealing with that snug of a fit. so 12's are the only thing I can do, and a T1500 at 1ohm can put out 1800 rms, can 2 lvl 3's really take 900 watts daily beaten? That power should be fine, just make sure it is clean power. My tuning is about 5hz above subsonic (34hz tuning, 29hz subsonic).
