yeah u should try to search first then ask as everythings been covered a million times but to answer your question no you shouldnt run an AGM with a non AGM. change your front battery to whatever fits then add another rear battery later if you need it

I have been running a regular Everstart..think thats what its called 51-R up front in my Civic with a XS D6500 in the back. For round 7 months id say now. No problems.

But i do believe I have read somewhere ( cant find it now of course ) :lol: that it is not good. Because iirc they said your alt will charge your AGM battery to its peak then quit charging before ur front battery is full or something like that..

But I have never woke up to a dead battery - & Never been stranded anywhere - Hell never dropped below 12.6v in 7 months.

I see no problems. Money well spent.

But hell, id do it...
