RooTxBeeR
my amp is a Alpine V12 MRV-F250, specs on power - RMS Continuous Power output 25 watts x 4 @ 4 ohms, 0.08% THD 35 watts x 4 @ 2 ohms, 0.3% THD 70 watts bridged into 4 ohms, 0.3% THD - Dynamic Power (@ 14.4V, 20 Hz to 20 kHz) 40 watts x 4 @ 4 ohms, 0.08% THD 50 watts x 4 @ 2 ohms, 0.3% THD 100 watts bridged into 4 ohms, 0.3% THD I have them wired Like this. I would like to wire them like this. Is the 2nd one the equivalent of running at 1Ohm? If so this amp is only stable down to 2 Ohms. ChevyBoy95
2nd way would be too low of an ohm load. Your amp can only do 4 ohms bridged, not 2 ohms bridged. 6berry
Can you bridge each channel on your amp making it a 2 channel? If you can then that would make it run as a 2 channel amp at 2 ohms. If you can only bridge it into a single channel then you would be wired down to 1 ohm which would probably cause problems for your little amp. either way i would suggest getting a new amp 1999 Audi A4 1.8T::: 4 - DC Level 3 10's in a 4th order Rockford P6002 on Subs for now (3-3.5k coming eventually) MB Quart ONX4.60 for Mids and Highs Boston S50 Components in Front Boston S65 Coaxials in Rear 40 Sq Ft of Second Skin Damplifier Build Thread UBL 1948 Plymouth

RooTxBeeR
Oh well, if those are the Power specs, and I wire it 2 x 2 ohms, It would get more power than 2 x 8 Ohms bridged? Edit: I think I would see the same power between the 2, would there be any difference running at 8 ohms, to 2 ohms? Because if I do this, I can put my rear 6x9 on the other 2 channels. WHich would help a lot to drown out a lot of the rattle.
