ChevyBoy95
whenever i have seen them, they are wood cut outs (thin MDF) of whatever design and just nailed down. Carpet goes over it. And while we are on the subject of carpet and such I have a question, do you buy your carpet online? If so where? I'm looking for a good price to carpet my build and my usual source (eBay) didn't have very good prices lol Quote so far... ingramcaraudio
Get the design made or make it either with paper or as a stick then stick it to dynamat then cut the dynamat out in the outline. Just stick the dynamat on the box put the carpet on and your good to go just make sure the dynamat isn't wrinkled or creased because you will see it.
