Slinky Posted October 18, 2007 Report Share Posted October 18, 2007 dude, us amps is one of the better brands out there. for example. and this is also why i hate memphis. my shop has a demo car with a wall of 4 12 bravox edx and they had the 4000 watt memphis amp in there and they tried a us amp that on the specs put out 3000 watts. guess what was louder. the us amps amp. zaxfire69 Posted October 18, 2007 Report Share Posted October 18, 2007 I had the Xterminator Xt-4000d..I never had any trouble out of it, but as far as rated power it was a little less than what it was advertised..Said 1500watts@1ohm rms, but in real world it is around 1k-1200rms...But it is an awesome amp for the price...I loved it, never once got hot or heated up..I just needed more power so I sold it..
