Just wait like everyone else is hell there's people that ordered in April. n8ball2013 Posted July 27, 2011 Report Share Posted July 27, 2011 i think its stupid they order lvl 2 and xl parts first when not everyone can afford a xl but ordered 4 lvl 3 15s in may before some of the people getting there subs already. they should of ordered parts to do all the subs and actually done them in order of who ordered them. do you own a subwoofer company? if the answer is no then you can not tell them what is stupid or not. Rusty has done extremely well getting his gear to market and bends over backwards to ensure people are happy. Id be willing to bet that the number of XLs and level 2s that are being done far exceed everything else that was ordered and thats why they are being shipped first. Or maybe it was a machining issue and those parts were available from the manufacturer first so they are coming in first. its not like he said screw everyone if you didnt order this or that. Nates right, I ordered all the parts to build EVERYTHING at the same time. Not just 2s and XL's. As the parts were finished being machined we shipped them, I could have waited till everything was finished but instead I told them as things are done ship them that way we could start to recive parts and build subs right away instead of the wait being even longer. It has cost me over 4X the normal shipping costs to do this but I know people have waited a long time for there stuff so if it cost me more to get it here to keep my customers happy than thats just the way it is. I have no issue with that. I have always come through with this company. As for it costing me a sale, some people dont want to wait, and thats fine. there lots of great car audio out there. People that are willing to wait for our product I cant say thank you enough to. It really does mean a lot to me and everyone here but I dont expect it from everyone and have no issue with people not wanting to wait. I hope whatever it was that he decided to get he loves and makes him happy. I truly have done everything possible to move parts and shipping along as fast as possible no matter what the expense was to myself to keep everyone happy.
