A lot of the guys I know that have been in the scene for a good while have told me back when it was released and for a while after that the old (good) w6s reigned supreme around here, that's what everyone wanted or had or the old RF punch 18s

well if you go to my youtube site you willl see me in action. i have 6 w7 12 hitting 144.2 with no deck or eq at the time. i want to have the meade man build me one of his thunder boxes

for them if i knew where his shop was. i did have some guy tell me that i should hit in the hi 150 to low 160 range. cant wait to get that new box to see what it do. lol oh that comp is on this page to under jl audio or dd audio.

you wont be in the high 150s or low 160s but thats not a good score for that gear. I can almost do that out of my trunk with 1200 watts. lol.

hahah high 150s to low 160s witha Thunder box, it would take more than the great Steve Meade (no offense to Steve, His work is legit) to make 6 JLs do that. I think for people that obviously have never heard a 155+, its hard to grasp just how loud a 160 is or even a 157. and especially if it is on music. in most cars, 150 should be nothing. trunk cars it is a grand prize if you can do it daily. but 155+ is a whole other monster in most vechicles.

that is a crazy fucking score out of a trunk with only 2k.... Facker get major props from meh. Hell i couldnt break the 50 mark with 7k even though 3.5 of that was cutting out

Late 90's i did a 162 with an isuzu with 12-15w0's on 6 ppi21400's... dbdrag... and right now in my daily i hit a 148.3 with 2-12w6's on a 1000/1 in an xb...
