Daniel Brill-Edwards Posted August 25, 2011 Report Posted August 25, 2011 My input for your component choices - keep it simple say 2 8s and 2 silk dome tweets per door (or one bullet/super tweet if you like bleeding ears). IMO loads and loads of 6.5s aren't nearly as efficient as 8s on little power. Have a look around the pro audio paper cone stuff like ground zero, selenium, beyma and sundown. Have you done fibreglass door builds before and are you planning to in this? I don't think you will need to do a massive amount of work, just losing the bottom corner of the door panel. Those are just some of my thoughts as you seem to share the same sort of mentality as me in the way you approach everything.
