You don't have to worry about the quad bracket with the idlers... the alternators aren't slipping.. thats why that belt is stretching that much.. Each one of those alternators take about 22lb/ft of torque at idle... so when you're loading them down.. that's some mighty "drag"

LOL @ 38 seconds to about 42 seconds at your RPM tanking....

So it's quiet now at idle? Not sure about your motor, but mine even before adding two alts would slip and squeal simply because it hits the gears so damn hard. Obviously my setup is different however it might be a newer model year issue with how it's shifting.

If at first you do not succeed, you are doing it wrong! -ARS

man that sux man sorry to hear that hold u get it all fixed! and are you really that scared of hurting them rims? like are they that sensative? ive never had rims personally

Luckily I performed a "test-run" of a body shop last year when I got some panels repainted on another car, they will fix this up nice and clean next week. I probably shouldn't be too worried about bending 22s, but California roads are so goddamned terrible, you NEVER know what will be popping up sometimes.

very nice man thats good news :good: and i was wondering bc i want your body style tahoe on 26's! luckly where i live roads don't have many potholes at all just ruff patches of roads down here :good:

edit: the good news was you fixin your truck! just so theres no confusion
