they are overpriced here in italy...like 400-600€ a 10inch subwoofer

do the 12ˇkicker solo X hit as hard as the 18 incher??

Technicly speaking the 18 should be louder than the 12 due to having more cone area.

The 18s have a different motor than the 10s and 12s.

IF I bought a Dual 4ohm SoloX could I get the 2ohm SPAIR(recone) and change it to 2ohm and not hurt anything?

This and also the 10 and 12 is a 3" coil while the 18 is a 3.5" coil, also like said the motor is like double the size on the 18.

Dude, you do realize this is the same as saying a level 4 and a level 5 are the same thing, right? An SSD and a BTL? An Assassin and a Mayhem? They are two completely different subs.
