Running a SAZ-1500D at 1 ohm or .7 in a 2008 Dodge Caliber. Factory radio. just got the C2A-CHY from PAC-Audio to add in the amp. Might change the head unit out later, but not at the moment.

I want to make the box removable because I might need some space from time to time.

I also need some box design help. Willing to pay for the design. Want to do sub up port back with 2 different ports. One for daily and one for comps.

why not just get an XL?

I would suggest doing a XL15 D2, in a 3.5^3 enclosure with around 50 in of port area.

The XL would allow you room to upgrade your amps later but would not be necessary running a sundown 1500. The Level 4 w/5 upgrade would be ok as long as the power is clean and in the proper box.

Well I have a level 4 12" already that has to be be reconed, and I also have an extra 15" basket. So the XL is out of the option unless some one want to trade me the parts that I have for a XL 10"

I would love to trade my 2 baskets 12" and 15" for a 10" basket... even trade my two for your one...

I know it will not happen but, hey the offers out there. LoL......

max dims are 34 wide, 19 deep, 18 tall. might could get 36 wide but will be a tight fit. looking to put the port on the bottom back of the box and the sub up.

since you need room, i would go with a 10" lvl4 or xl

WOAH...those dimensions seem wicked small...I don't think you can fit a 15" bud.

What tuning are you wanting? I'll hop on Torres in a sec and whip something up to make sure.

Not sure if my math is right, but that comes out to 5.43 cubes before displacement. I don't believe you will be able to properly fit the 15", so the logical choice would be a 12" woofer
