OrionStang Posted August 15, 2011 Author Report Posted August 15, 2011 Yup. Sux man. At least they were cheap. If I had paid retail, someone would hang. So...how do they sound? Better than average but not Hertz quality, or worse than more common brand's (Infinity, Kicker, RF, etc) component sets? They still sound pretty good. The mids are badass when run as active midbass drivers 80-300hz. The tweeters do sound ok, just not as good as real ones, they struggle to get loud. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
Ray Posted August 15, 2011 Report Posted August 15, 2011 They sound like most other 150.00 comp sets. 2008 California state record holder 157.2 Bassrace2009 California state record holder 157.0 BassraceRollin 50's 158.7db2009 King of Cali Bassrace2009 USACi score 160.5 @ 42hz

Ray Posted August 15, 2011 Report Posted August 15, 2011 The x overs are the best part. Great xovers, just shitty speakers. Would this set be worth buying off of someone at a huge discount since they just found out they didn't have what they thought they did, or would I still be better off buying a different $150 component set. Basically, would I be able to profit from someone else's misfortune. Anti Peel and Seal...lol You may be offended by the above. Don't take it personally, I'm just abrasive. 2002 Buick Park Avenue DC Level 4 M2 12 D2 Car Audio Bargain 1600.1 Eclipse CD3200 ~2 cubes @ 34 hz. Stinger Roadkill Expert
