Need something other than liquidnails. It is strong but does not soak into the wood like titebond. PM me the outer dimensions of your box and I will see what I can come up with. I like it, but I need to make another stronger box with more, stronger screws and stronger caulk, so I was wondering if anybody has or had a better formula for a SMD. I only have about 4 cubes net. It is a daily, but I obliviously don't mind the banging! (I did try to search before I made this post, no luck) THANK YALL!!! for only 15 bucks nd acouple of simple questions ray can give you a nice box design Torres? bigaltexas Posted September 1, 2011 Report Posted September 1, 2011 i have a smd 18 in 9 cubes. eats the lows up and gets loud doing it. got 155.4 off 3200 watt hifonics amp from the previous owner same box and all. but i am running a powerbass xa4000d amp to it. makes my doors feel like they are about to fly off, slams below my back glass into the bad, my whole truck flex's like crazy, and my roof comes up and down a good 5-6 inches. wish i had a video, should be getting my amp back soon!

I am waiting on a D1 recone, and got an Iraggi 300a alt, lookin for another batt or 2 in the mean while so I can run my SAZ3500 at .5 ohm. So what do ya'll think?!?! I think Liquid Nails or something crazy that bonds anything to anything, I do rember spending like an hour looking at the different kinds of stuff! i started using locktite adhesive its 2x the price of liquid nails but doesnt dryout and crack under pressure the loctite adhesive feels as if it never drys.. doesnt seperate nor crack.. love this stuff

Without my woodhsop its been tricky building boxes but I have come out with a few good boxes here in Virginia and I generally charge pizza and a beer.
