Port trimmed flush

1829f19c.jpg

For anyone that is just getting into building your own boxes, the next to tools are a must have.

First is a router with a flush trim bit. This will allow you to make perfect copies of pieces and trim out the port perfectly flush.

Second is a plunge router with a jasper circle jig for cutting out your speaker holes.

Thanks. It should be up and playing the end of next week.

nice man! why don't you wall off my truck for me :P

Bring me your truck and a suitcase full of small unmarked bills with non sequential serial numbers and I will get right on it.

Nice looking maxima you have there. love the look of those things.

Thanks. That is my daily driver and what I take out on the road. The Maxima is an 09 and has 36k miles on it and my truck is an 06 with only 35k on it.
