CJ18 Posted December 23, 2011 Author Report Posted December 23, 2011 The old port was 300in2 which worked out to 25in2 per ft3 of ported section and tuned to 51hz. I had a bandwidth of about 30-70hz. The new port is 200in2 which is 16in2 per ft3 of ported section and tuned to like 45hz. It should hopefully play from 25-65hz and very loud. With the larger port, it is already louder to the ear than it was before with the 6 15 flat wall.

I just use silicone and sandwich the plexi between 2 pieces of wood with the window cut out to the size that I want and have enough overhang on the sides so I can screw the wood together to give me a strong hold.
