Dont see anything that would cause loading issues. All corners would be 45d and rounded for airflow. 1.5 sealed and 3 ported per sub. Actual dimension would get figured out when it gets built. This by no means is the last idea, but just what I thought of last night. Im sure in 8 months I will change my mind a few times. 4 flat across the back is an option as well and probably more realistic, but I am just toying with this.
