SOME INPUT FOR MY BOX PLEASE

trying to figure a better way to make my box stronger should i brace it or should i just coat the inside with resin i have seen lot of different types done but what do you think i should do???

box dimensions 36w x 19 1/2h x 14 d port opening 18t x 3 1/8w 31d for a tune of 35 hz. total box volume of 4.5 cubes for 2 12 inch RF T1's

I gained some good output by bracing my box. I dont have any Resin in mine so I cant answer to that.

my box is gonna have threaded rod and fiberglass in it. resin doesnt add very much strength by itself (it adds some to mdf but almost none to birch) but with fiberglass it gets way stronger

I gained some good output by bracing my box. I dont have any Resin in mine so I cant answer to that.

i don't have the box built yet that's why I'm trying to figure this out ahead of time and no i dont have a 3d builder mabey someone who has one and knows how to use the program could use my dimensions and build a virtual box that would be epix!!

Well I glassed my box and now get zero flex,that's inside not out I did the braces and the mass of the space between using a medium matting and us compounds thin epoxy resin and 3:1 hardner with a little thickening agent here and there now its as stiff as can be but wow I ate up a lot of 40grit sandpaper tring to get it smooth be sure you don't let it set all the way cause it gets really really hard to sand down

i say build out birch it might cost 10 bucks more or so sheet but what you pay for resin. i just did 3 cub box no bracing and dont flex at all tuned 34 hrz. birch is way stronger and lighter. thats my input on that.
