Bad engine noise

I have recently been getting some really horrible engine noise lately. I have relocated my ground to my head unit to see if it would help but it didnt help at all. Could it be a bad ground somewhere else? The engine noice is almost gone as I get into higher rpms, but when I stop (like at a stop light or something) it gets really bad, bass even comes through it so bad it shakes my door panels from the 18s lolz.

Idk much about engine noise. After watching the last soundman car audio Q&A on youtube. It maybe a alternator problem which is sending a "AC Ripple" through the wires. Good luck.

Try unplugging your RCAs. Is it still making the sound without the RCAs? If not, try grounding your RCAs. Also, I believe this happens alot with pioneer headunits that blow their pico (SP?) fuse.

It just appeared one day. I havent made any changes at all since I installed the system which didnt have any noise when I started. Just randomly it got super loud noise on low rpms.
