Fish Chris
Holy $#!+ ! But hey, before I say more, you have to remember that I never said the DD 1 wouldn't help. But looking at it all in retrospect, I guess I was placing too much emphasis on the (what I was calling) clipping indicator lights on my amp. I know now, that my deck can play at 33 (It goes to 35) without any clipping at all. We set my bass on my deck at '0' and my bass control knob to about 2pm (or say, 60%) Anyway, long story short, my setup has never sounded louder, or clearer ! Now I just need to get my other set of components in.... And deaden the $#!+ out of my roof and doors.... And then whatever else comes next. It never really ends, does it ? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Oh hey Steve, your shop setup is freaking ridiculous ! Dudes, I swear I was standing 15 feet back, between those two towers, and it had my pants legs blowing more than the system in my truck...... and this is in a HUUUGE industrial shop, compared to the cab of a 1/2 ton truck ! Unbelievable ! Just straight up concert kind of shiz right there ! And yea', as I said in the vid..... Steves Ho was unbelievable back in the day, with 'only' 20Kwts. But now.... Well it's almost impossible to describe to anybody who hasn't sat in a vehicle with a 30Kwt system, and no description is necessary, for anybody who has. Of course the bass is so strong, it feels like your lungs might collapse ! But what I especially noticed was how much louder + clearer the mids/highs were, from the old setup. That was really even more noticeable than the bass increase. Oh, and thank God we played with my setup "before" we sat in the Ho ! Or else, I might have thought my system got way weaker LOL Lord knows NOTHING sounds loud, after setting in the Ho ! Leastwise, nothing I've ever sat in. Anyway, thanks so much again buddy. I totally appreciate the stereo tuning. Anxious to get back out that way someday soon Peace, Fish

Fish Chris
I'm very interested too ! I have to imagine these would be a lot more accurate... not to mention, if I could locate them on my dash, it would be a lot easier to monitor when I'm driving.... Just fyi. Fish Chris
Hey Steve, and all... Remember before my DD 1 tuning, when I said that I used to use my decks bass control from darn near the minimum -15db, all the way up to darn near the max +15dbs ? And it was because of this, that I could not imagine being able to either lower, or raise my amp gains, without hurting myself on one end of the spectrum or the other ??? Well, as it turns out, now that my amp and my deck "cum together" (pretty funny, but a very good way to describe it) it seems that I don't need nearly as much adjustment, "up, or down". It's like, when I might have used -11 to +13 before, now, to play the same tracks, I might go from -3 to +5, with just as much effect ! And correct me if I'm wrong, but nobody ever told me the DD 1 could make this happen too.... Anyway, yea', I'm really impressed with the DD 1 Can't wait to take the truck out tonight after work, for some slamming Peace, Fish

In white or blue leds. How much and where do I buy? they will be available soon!! these will be accurate for one reason......the sensitivity is adjustable. So if i use the DD-1 to determine my distortion level and adjust the meters to hit red AT DISTORTION, then i would know i was distorting if they turned red. the indicators (on fish-chris' Power 1000 amp) are just that, indicators. They hit red at a certain power level and have nothing to do with clipping. Those arent even meant to be "clipping lights" like other amps have. Just a cool power indicator.
