I got a stock battery up front and an hc2000 in the back. At the amp? brownm3 Posted September 19, 2011 Report Share Posted September 19, 2011 From what I have read can’t you just install the volt meter to any 12v source (the front battery) just to get it working and take your reading from the source you want (the battery closet to the amplifier) and adjust the volt meter. From what I have read you will need to get a reading and have it adjusted anyways, so wouldn’t this method work to? You want to know when your voltage is dropping dangerously low when playing fulltilt to turn it down.
