Here it is: Hate to say, that's 2 6-core Xeons, not 2 6-core i7's. Similar, and still damn fast, but not the same. Meade's got the right idea. a 2600K and 2 580's is pretty close to the best money can buy for gaming right now. Very high overclock potential on both, and the only better way to go with the video cards is a 3- or 4-way SLI with 580's. 16Gb of RAM is enormous, I haven't found a way to max out my 8GB other than Prime95. And that Samsung SSD is fast as shit. Phenomenal build, Mr. Meade. Quote wtf is lolcats? I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. Ecco Posted September 29, 2011 Report Share Posted September 29, 2011 Ohhhh, pretty. Makes me want to go make another computer. The last one I made was in 2007.. So it's a bit dated. But I'm proud of it, starts up in no time still. The new technology is always changing, which is quite annoying. I've heard a lot about water cooling, but I've always been a bit confused on how it really works, and the pros and cons (if any) of it. And honestly, building a computer is much more satisfying than just buying a pre-built PC. Taking it out of a box isn't as fun as taking everything out of the packaging, than having a trash pile. SiSoftware Sandra 2011 is the name of the software suite. Nice setup you got there, I love my bluetooth Logitech Desktop MX 5500 Revolution Wireless Keyboard & Mouse setup up.
