After I got back in town from work tonight, I stopped by the gas station on my block. Grabbed myself a 6 pack of heinie, two 12 packs of mountain dew for work, and a new amp (no, the gas station dont sell amps)...

As I was leaving an aquatence (sp) I know was pulling in. He bassraces high 148 most the time. He is selling his gear off this winter for a new stereo, he had a rf ti1000bd that he used for his mids for sale. He wanted $300. I told him Ill give him 150 cash now, he said $230, then of coarse I said $200, and he said sold! I wish all transactions where that quick and easy. I went back inside the minimart, hit up the atm and bought myself a amp.

Now I said before Id never buy another RF product since I had a bad experience many years ago but I must man up and say i bought more rf. I guess the amp will match most my rf power cable and my rf rca cords

Before I had my old kickers in my trunk just for a lil beat while I wait for my DD to be reconed into my dream sub, and they where powered off a 4 channel american bass sq480 amp. Front channels where for my front doors, and rear channels for the l7's. Now I got the rf pushing the l7's.

So I figured what the hell $200 for 1000+wrms why not?

The amp is missing the cover peice, he said he has to find it at his house cuz he just moved, and he dont got the remote for it no more becuase he needed it for his 2000bd's that are pushing his two 18inch solo x's. But I guess it was a good investment and a new amp to add to my collection. So far Im kind of amazed, its sounding pretty good, and Ive missed loud bass for a while (the little vibrations just wasnt cutting it b4).

QUESTION: Now, I know its a mono amp, and Im guessing its like my spl dynamics where there are 2 speaker outputs, but they are internally connected right? It looks like you can use 8awg speaker wire. So if I connect? This way if you are running two speakers off the amp, and using 8 gauge wire, you dont have to try and cram two 8 gauge wires in one hole.

LoL.. I guess buying a new to me / used amp made me feel a bit better after a hard long day of work, and the heineken is making me feel even better yet. I wanna go beat around town some, but after drinking 4 already I advised myself that I do not need a loud car stereo ticket along with a dwi.

I know its a crap video cuz its from my moto krzr, but I promise once I get my new shit all in and working Ill finally drop the cash on a decent video camera

you are pretty much right on the wiring thing.......they ARE internally connected.....makes it easier to connect two subs with 8ga.

anyway i have PLENTY of bassknobs for that amp......ill send you one if you promise not to take that amp out until after you get this and try it. Bro your missing out BIG TIME by not having that plugged in. The bass will probably double

and chevy, it was on his mid bass, two different things. he had 8's in the doors. along with 6.5s for midrange.

Hes trying to become louder, and is talking FI. Im sure he will be selling the bd2000s cheap also.

Yo I also have a few knobs laying around with cords so if you need one I can helps ya out also so you dont have to make a cord!

those of us with multiple power amps mastered/slaved up with one knob always have extra's layin around

btw: its cat-5 not a phone cord...
