kingsuv Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 i do have a question tho...it seems like the 2 that i have on the master amp are hitting harder than the ones on the slave amp. sooo...i think ima try and link em together and power em that way. so how would i wire 4 DVC 1 ohm subs to 2 ohms?? I haven't had any luck having amps in master/ slave setups. It's been a tad louder for a burp, but un strapped was louder for music Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

It's been a tad louder for a burp, but un strapped was louder for music so should i run my amps independently to each pair? i thought by putting them in master/slave config that the settings on the slave amp are overridden and both are run by the master settings. but the way it looks is i need to set them both and split the RCA's and run a set into the 'inputs' of each. ima try using both settings, then maybe strapping them. i'm off tomorrow afternoon so i'll play around with it.

What are your plans for puttin some clothes on that box or a paint job? i wanna put some type of hardwood look on the bottom in the inside of it. got a link for some veneer. dno about the top of it yet. wanna take it to get some truck bedliner on it, or maybe some of that speckle paint. not gonna go with the normal carpet or vinyl this time around tho EDIT: oh and btw thanks
