I am going to build my box this weekend. He has been building a bigger shop so he can hire some other people to help him with his business..Right now i think he has about 20-30 amps that he has to work on..It might take awhile if you want yours worked on now..But I am patient when it comes to my amp so..Cause when it gets back it is gonna get worked.. audiofanaticz Posted November 24, 2007 Report Share Posted November 24, 2007 Ive been looking at him too. Im kinda weary on him because the length of time its been taking him to repair zaxfires amp. But he seems real busy and doing it solo and also is opening up a new shop to do the repairs. I got my amp that I want to send him for a complete overhaul, all new power supply and output mosfets, but Im waiting to see if zaxfire is satisfied and happy with his repair first since our amps are almost idenical. Thats why i went to him.. I would rather have to wait for good quality work to be done to my amp then to rush and it not last long..I have had it there in Texas since October 5th... I have not prioritized getting it fixed so it is still sitting in my garage. I am debating on him or sending it out to Soundstream.
