CortezDTV Posted July 6, 2013 Author Report Share Posted July 6, 2013 It seems like they are from the timing cover that was freshly machined, everything inside looks good, it's pretty typical of crate motors for the first quick oil change so when you get them they have the few that slipped through to the bottom that haven't made it into the filter Nice to see you in here man How's the whip? CortezDTV Posted July 7, 2013 Author Report Share Posted July 7, 2013 Everything to go full stainless Just waiting on a new tranny fork and some bearings for my petals, Ill have to show everyone what this cars been through, even the petal assembly was changed, modified for a 67 instead of a 66, and the bar holding my brake and clutch petal was completely gone wearing a 1/4" grove into the shaft connecting and holding the petals (clutch and brake)....
