It's the foaming kind and I'm sure if you shake it a little, it'll expand even more. But from the looks of it, looks like someone ready for a hole to be filled and then some soldering... I saw that worthington kit on a youtube vid... I know what you're up to. Lol. I was thinkin about seeing if my local Walmart had that, then I found out I shouldn't really be walkin much so eh, whatever.
