They sound great with the PWXs Side shot New iPod Touch 4th gen 32gb, my 3rd gen finally started acting up (Voice control problems, etc) and was corroded on the inside. Lasted me since summer of 2010 and endured a year and half of flour getting in the usb port (I work at a pizza place). Learned my lesson and making sure same doesn't happen to this one lol And last but not least a $10 screwdriver set + Jigsaw from Home Depot.
