13mwolson
What do I need to tune my port to make ground pounding bass that shakes everything in the car and gets loud but also hits low. Set up will either be a dc level 4xl 18" or a 15" fi btl n2 in a jeep gran Cherokee. Amp is a Saz 1500d

OrionStang
With either of those subs on that 1500, I would build a BIG box with a BIG port. 18-20 per cube SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
13mwolson
So biggest recommended box size for either sub tuned to 28-34? My friend has a 12" with a box tuned to 40 Hz and it only gets loud on high notes but doesnt even pick up moderately low notes it just sound like mud and I don't want to do that. Don't buy a box premade, make your own box and use Torres calculator for making the right size of a box for your subs. How do the Japanese feel about bass? You know that since 03/11/11 Progene? I just saw that stuff on CNN. They said it makes your junk shrink all up. lol.im pretty sure the op wont even notice if it gets even smaller. So if the btl n2 says 3-5 cubic feet should I make it 5-6 cuft and tune to 28 or to 34?
