GregoryAltieri Posted December 2, 2011 Report Share Posted December 2, 2011 building a wall 2 18s HDC3 in my 1999 vw passat, I had it tinted, va tint law is 35% on the back and i had 20% that metered out at 14% I had to take it off becasue I was getting to many tickets. My question is, are walls illegal or legal, and if so is there anyway I can cover my windows legally without having to deal with the cops so much? I've passed inspection with a wall and been pulled over by a couple state troopers with them sayin nothing. I've done both and honestly if you get pulled over and weren't blasting your music and explain/show the cop why you want it hidden he should be understanding.
