It's 3/4" white birch with 1 side that's 100% finished meaning a full 4x8 piece of birch.

I actually alrdy Want to buy a new sheet and do it differently lol! My dads friend that owns the carpentry shop I cut the birch at said for my next box make the corners come to a 45 so you don't have any ends that expose the layers of wood.

Definitely doing that next time

I've alrdy got the Z's in my box I had for the SA's.

I wish you were there to hear the difference. The power of the Z motor is amazing it was so much more powerful and way more air being moved on the SAME power! The Z's have a ton more excursion and force they were moving so much they touch my rear hatch panel.

looked like a decent size 12" subwoofer box normal cardboard box with the nice expandable foam protection things.

rms is 1500 and 2000 with the NS soft parts. If you would like to talk to a dealer I will PM you my dealers info and he can go over the details or set you up on a pair
