Im looking at either a single 15 in my a 02 trailblazer either a sa 15 or skar 15 on 1500rms. its 3 cubes tuned at 35hz.i havent put any power to it yet but im probably gonna pick up a hifonics brz1200 or an audiopipe1500.
teamace24 Posted December 5, 2011 Report Posted December 5, 2011 Yeah i have the ap 1500 and use to own that hifonics and i can tell that youll be satisfied with both amps to the ear they sound basically the same with the ap being slightly louder but not significantly. Also i noticed you tuned to 35 hz was that a recommendation since i thought the skars were supposed to be tuned from 30hz to 32hz. Let us know how they sound on all the frequencies im looking at them now. good to know.ive owned a few hifonics amps,but never an ap thats why i was thinkin about trying it out.just to switch it up a lil bit.recomendation is 28-36hz and my last box in my blazer was tuned to 35hz and i liked it so thats what i went with on this one.ill def let u know, hope to have an amp within the next week or so.
