I spent about 2 hours building mine... got the wood cut at Lowes and just assembled in my garage. Cost about $50 for wood, glue, and silicon. Quote 2007 Pacifica Rebuild. Less quiet. Still not loud. Some of the main factors that should affect your choice of sealed over ported are the types of music you listen to, and space.
