Unfortunately, there are so few that walk the walk - even though most of them can talk the talk. Back when I was a consumer (around 1988), I sent a whole bunch of manufacturers a letter asking them for some kind of support in exchange for my promoting their brand. Not one reply . . . so, I know the feeling first hand. well as stated, its all very much appreciated I wouldnt promote your products if i didnt believe in them.....the products do the talking for me i just get to play with them. By the way, ive had the T4k's OVER a year now and other then the little "set back" on the first day, they have been rock solid and i couldnt ask for more. I have pretty much ignored them, havent touched any settings other then the bass knob the entire time. No sparks, no smoke just music Dont get me started on my 3sixty.2's.....anyway not tryin to kiss too much ass LOL but i am very satisfied. All you can really ask for when it comes down to it is for it to work every day with no problems.....this is the largest yet most reliable system ive ever had in any car. Thanks again for everything! Team Nemesis-DJ Posted November 28, 2007 Report Share Posted November 28, 2007 (edited) It is great to see that RF has stepped up that side of the company.Not supporting people was the reason i stopped using rf i ran Rf from like 91 -99,i have a storage building full of trophys and plaques,that i won using there product and i turned probaly about 40-50 people on to using it to .I mean i was putting RF in every car i did.There was no better in my eyes,but on the flip side i never got any support from the Rep/rf.....only support i got was from the shop i bought from.I mean i wasnt looking for a hand out, but i was expecting a thank you ......no thank you or kiss my butt or anything ....So that was the end for me and RF....So this makes me happy to see this ......BIG PROPS to "snafu".....way to be there for your guys ..... Sorry to hear that. At the end of the day, we do our best to be more in touch with the end user than the other guys do but we can't always get it right. Its been quite exciting to meet all the RF fanatics I've had the privy to meet over my 10 years of association with the brand.
