D1, wire it low, put it in a ported box, imp. rise should bring it up to about 1 ohm.

Getting bass into the cabin of a W124 mercedes is impossible.

Current setup:

Temp 1999 panasonic HU

rockford 300.2 for fronts

rockford 200.2 for rears

rockford 400.1 for sub

Leaning towards a 8" in an exponential horn

DAMN YOU GERMANS AND YOUR 5" SPEAKERS!

D2

You can't count on box rise to save your amp in a daily setup, box rise changes with every frequency. You could have no rise at all on one note, then be rising to 6 ohms on another note.

I would go D2 as well, I'm not a huge fan of depending on rise to keep my stuff safe.

X2...his box specs are unknown...so his rise is unknown.

plus you don't know his electrical setup

I'd go D2. Wire down to 1 ohm. Less worry of electrical issues and current draw.

wtf is lolcats?

I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers.

I was hoping for 150 :(.

I was hoping she would let me put it in her butt
